Ughh, I check in on the A5 forum at least once a week to see some new details and info but I'm let down all the time.
I know, I know I'm being impatient.
Sorry guys!

Heh...i thought i was the only one.

The least Audi can do is put the s5 up so you can customize one with the color/interior/exterior/options you want.

Something to wet the appetite.

You can, Almost!

In the A5/S5 section of audiusa.com, it allows you to atleast see the interior and exterior color options. I know that it's not everything that you guys want to see, but I'm sure that the anticipation is building!!

I am as bad as you guys though. I've picked the model (S5), color combo(Black w/"orangish" interior), looking for mods and have even named her!

I've been bitten by the bug!! uuggggggghhhhhhhhh[rolleyes]

I'll definitely be leasing, although I think I'll be shocked with the monthly rate to get into an S5. May have to go A5. Either one's hot though.

Yes im 100% with you that is why i raised this topic. We are looking at about 850-900 a month on a lease and its honestly not worth it.

Yeah i'm struggling with my B7 S4 lease right now. But i love my car. I really want that new S5, but i would like to see a nice oettinger body kit on it or something to spice it up a bit so it's not so damn unisex. I wish it looked a bit more aggressive. Anyone know what the sticker is gonna be on the A5/S5?

Dude, the A5 lines are mostly aggressive with a blend of swoopy elegance.
A5 standard with V6 motor will most likely start at $34,000. The S5 will most likely be around $50,000. The 2.0 turbo will follow later and come in just under the V6.
I'm asssssssssuming.

Guys,

Trust me, it's not just you guys...I make it a daily habit of checking this forum. So, in case you were wondering, dealerships aren't getting any inside info on this beast of a car either!

That's unfortunate, as I'm really looking forward to seeing how soon I could work one into my budget.

Hey i was travelling to SF 2 weeks ago and picked up the latest issue of MOTOR TREND. It had a writeup on the A5, S5 and also an article on the R8. someone did a 3200 mile course up the PCT (pacific coast trail) in his R8.

You should check it out!!!
