Wonder if there is a write up on how to do this? I know the basic, but want to make sure.

Remove your wheel(s).
Use the two wrenches (should have been included with the C/Os).

Well, jack the car up first and put jack stands under it. [;)]
The two collars lock together to keep the upper spring perch (what the spring sits on) locked in place.
It may be a bit difficult to raise the car as you're having to compress the spring when turning the spring perch collar with the spanner wrench. Lowering is easier as you're releasing the "pressure" of the spring as you go down.
