Hello All,

I own two Audi TT 3.2 Roadsters (2004 & 2006)... I purchased both of them from Desert Audi in Las Vegas, NV - I haven't been happy with their service department, they carry as many parts for an Audi as a Quick Lube Shop... They've recently cleaned house (new management) over at Desert Audi so perhaps I should give them a 6th shot at keeping my business, but in the meantime, my Audi's need SERVICE! How are the Phoenix Audi dealers? Would you recommend them?

Thanks,
Richard

I am also happy with Jill at North Scottsdale Audi. I purchased my A4 from one of her clients 7 months ago and have been happy with her ever since....

The only problem I have with the location is that they dont have comp. audi loaners.. They just hook you up with a $10 loaner from Hertz behind the dealership instead..

X2 I even demand having an Avant every time and they accomodate my request. You do need to make an appointment and be there early.

Regarding Service however if you have mods the Old Scottsdale Audi (Audi chandler now) is more open to mods because their Techs own cars with mods gallore from what I hear...

Good luck,

Alex
