this is what I got done last weekend. All in all it came out very nice and secure. Even used allen head bolts to keep the Audi appeal. I am not debating after putting the mesh over the itnercooler if I should paint it. I have heard some negative reviews for painting the intercooler as it might retain heat more which is NOT good. Anyways give me your opinions..

love the mounting bracke really clean, stock looking.

why do you have only one fog light mounting bracket? on the drivers side.?

i love it, i think all the pictures ive seen of the people making the modded s4 bumper they used larger mesh, i like the smaller mesh on yours better. the ic is hidden well by it and doesnt even need to be painted

thanks for all the comments. unfortunately i didn do anything to this car, i bought it this way. but it definitely looks good. i dont know why that fog bracket is there. i need to fix the driver side mesh, so i will cut that off when i take it off.

i dont know what the IC gives me for gains, but im running the APR stage 3 kit :)

thanks again for all the comments, getting the windows tinted this weekend...

What intercooler is it?

I don't think its centered perfectly... or is it just me?

yeah with the windows 20% all around that car will be really sweet !! congrats with your car!

It's not centered 100% perfect. hey how about we stop trying to pick apart my car... JK..lol

I cannot get it centered because the intercooler piping is not bent 100% correct, and the A/C lines on the driver side of the car seem to get in the way of where the piping is suppose to fit. So for the time being, and probably until i get a new intercooler and piping, this is what it is going to look like.

I would love to get some yellow tinted fog lights for the bumper, just not sure which ones. I think the OEM Audi fogs are ridiculously overpriced, but I also dont want to purchase some cheap POS fogs and than have to replace them every other month. Anyone know of any good fogs that won't hit the wallet hard?

What model intercooler is it? I think it looks great, centered perfectly or not. Unless you are going for show, who cares, right? Does the same thing.

i dont know what manufacturer it is, it has no stampings on it at all. pretty tough unit though. Nice and solid. Good sized, and the bottom corners are slanted to fit the bumper better

nice work on the mounting bracket Josh!! now she's defently ready for HPT DE with BMW!!
i dont think the intercooler needs painting realy.
Once you get the windows tinted she's gonna look bad ass!! where you going for that anyway? i got mine done by tint masters on North Oak Trafficway, $180. 32%front and 22% rear.
