View Full Version : anybody with a 2.0T badge for sale?

Hey guys, I am actually the proud new owner of a VW GTI and have been searching desperately for the 2.0T (with the red "T") to add on to my rear hatch. Unfortunately, after going to ECSTuning, OEMPlus, Parts4Euro, and even my Audi dealership, I cannot find it. Matter of fact, the dealer recommended I simply STEAL one.
If any of you guys who shaved your trunks have it, I'm ready to buy it. Thanks regardless!
FYI: I posted in the A3 section as well just to get a better response.

i saw a B7 body in the Grand Caymans that had a 1.8T badge [confused]

The 1.8T is still used in the B7 in many parts of the world.

Hey guys, thanks for giving me this info. Thing is, I've gotten such a response that a dealer in Maryland I met via anothe forum is ordering the part for me for 17.50. I'm trying to make sure it's EXACTLY what I'm looking for and not a knock-off. Thanks regardless...

glad to hear your search for the badge worked out. i didn't even know i had the red "t" until i removed the badging. hopefully it looks nice in the landfill i sent it to...

I was actually thinking the same thing. i see alot with the red "T" and not so many with the silver "T". I am one of the people with the silver "T". I think it has to do with the year of the car...

the dealer should have it.. when i got rear ended.. the body bought new ones from the dealership.. i think it was $20..
