I was wondering if anyone had any tips on removing the gauge needles for the instrument panel. I have looked around, and have not found anything other than be careful...I have tried that, and can not get the suckers to come off (I feel like if I pull harder, I will damage something. Can anyone help me out on this? Thanks.

Same here. I tried pulling them off once and things started flexing and made me nervous. I have an old cluster that I don't mind breaking. I'll yank the needles off and see what happens.

Thanks for offering to use one of your old clusters as a tester. Let me know what happens

Yup. They pop right off. They may feel like they won't budge but they will. They have a pin mount and the needle mount slips over it. The black plastic cover has three little pins that hold it to the needle. Again, it just pops off. It may be easier to get the cover off and then deal with the needle.

Lol. I used to be a runway model but my hands are scarred up so I couldn't do that work. [:p]
