How ya guys doin?Im new to the forums so let me just introduce myself before i get into it. Im a kid, actually 19 had a few cars in the 3yrs im driving. Im kinda a car freek. Had an 03tl 04tl(navi) an 06is350(loaded). Now my is350 got totaled and i have been car shopping over the last few months. I am in love with the s5 and belive me i have been on the forums just no need to register i either knew everything not to sound cocky or just was too lazy. Anyways my question is this, why would i pay on a lease between 850-950 a month for an s5 which is a little quicker and 100 times nicer then a 335 when i can go and get a 335 for 675 a month(i dont want a 335 but it is the s5` so called "class"). And i only say those prices because i already put a deposit down on the s5. My cuzin actually works at audi(internet sales manager or sumin) and told me i should expect to pay close to what leases are goign out for on the current s4. And im not totally in the dark with leases i am very familair with the process. Residuals, money factors, invoice etc i am not a novice belive it or not. Anyways im just on here to ask some of you guys to really convince me into gettin this car for such a higher price. And yes i kno the msrp(after options) is around the same as the 335 but why is the money factor so diff? anyways nice to meet you all and please give me some good input thank you.
fyi i also have a down pyment for an is-f so my choices are either the s5 or the isf

I like the way the IS looks, and am potentially in the market for one currently, however, the IS-F is just about the fugliest car ever conceived. If you are into the 'riced out' look, then that might be a nice car. However, Audi is a worldwide leader in exceptionally attractive and luxurious interiors, smooth power delivery and, of course, quattro. However, if the lease numbers are indeed that skewed, there isn't a snowballs chance in hell that I would pull the trigger on the s5 over a 335. IMHO, an s5 would be worth approximately $3000-$5000 premium over a 335, but no more.

my two cents.

I hear you 100% im not really into the ugly riced out look at all, but more of the elegant beatiful lines of the s5 but when the numbers crunch and that is-f can compete closely with an m3 and the s5 can compete with a 335 i start to scratch my head. I love the s5 dont get me wrong the interior in my honest opioon if not the nicest one of them. The exterior everytime i look at it i fall more in love. The audi 6speed is something to fall in love with. The color combination that they offer are amazing. Everything about the car i love just the price in imho is far fetched.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... the s5 is a beautiful car from all points and almost everyone (all ages) will agree on this. The is-f is a car marketed towards a younger gen. (b/c of the "riceed out" body kit.. sooooooo .................................................. .....s5 ftw

Coming from BK you will definately stand out more with that Audi but is it worth it?
I would tend not to believe so...
You are familiar with Audi's and leases so you should already know that our resale value isn't the greatest...

I would save that extra $300+ a month and get the 335 chip it and never look back.

With the $300 extra you save a month in 3 months you have save enough to modify your whip with a nice set of wheels and what ever floats your boat.

At the end of your audi lease your option to buy figure would be more than what the car is worth.

Take it from another Rich Yung Fan...

Seriously though if you can make your 335 stand out from the crowd so don't worry about following suit. Just don't become a dick head with a inflated ego... [cool][up]

are you looking at the 335i Coupe? if so, i would get the bmw, i think the coupe looks nicer than the S5.. and yea, the S5 has a V8 and it's powerful, probably not the same class as the 335 (?)
