After reading about the stock divertor valves that can not handle the boost pressure from the chip and tend to tear, I have a new question. If i have a chipped ecu (APR) and the forge spacer then what happens to the stock divertor valve. Does it matter if it tears? Can it tear? Will it throw a code if it tears? When people say their car becomes slow and it is the result of a torn divertor valve, so does that mean my car has already become slow because the valve is just dumping the air to the atmosphere?
