after doing a lot of reading i see that a lot of people that get their car chipped also get the diverter valve changed and the vacuum hoses replaced. This last thing the vacuum hoses replacement is it hard ? can you buy the hoses at any place? wit size etc should you get and how many hoses need to be replaced? I think that i have a small leak somewhere and would like to replace m all if it is not to expensive. Is it hard to replace m and can you get the hoses at autozone or so?

Thanks a bunch!

Autozone or Pep Boys sell the vac lines you'll need. 5/32" ID hose will do you just fine, get 20-25' of it and you can do all the vac lines. Use zip-ties as your new hose clamps, or get a bag of OEM clamps from mcmaster-carr. ModifiedA4 has a nice diagram on Audiworld showing the part numbers you'd need to order if you want to go the OEM route with your clamps.

I'd say 10-12' if you're just doing the visable stuff. If you want to get under the intake manifold then you're going to need more.

I used about 12', but there are hoses that are different diameters that will need to be replaced as well (at least mine do, because I replaced all the 5/32" and still have a leak[headbang] )
