for testing/track purposes i want to get a cat test pipe. The one im looking at one that has provision for the o2 sensors. does this mean that no engine light should come on? anyone every tried this one? just move to sensors to othe test pipe? had any probs. Or do you think you need more modifications after having this pipe installed?

I was looking around and came across this thread: http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=1366095
Its a DIY for an O2 sensor spacer on the test pipe or cat. It looks to be very simple. I'm going to do this when I get my TP so I don't get a CEL.

the spark plug foulers(the spacers) do indeed work, as i have been running them for quite a while with never a code for catalyst.

i would put em on on the install.

dont know if the write up says it, but they can be found in the Help! section at local autoparts stores.
