I'm sure they are needed, but again, the price is TOO much.
The Euro market for mods/parts is always more for no other reason other than it is. Japanese tuner parts are much less cost with no less quality.
Does this Forge part come with a lifetime warranty?

yeah i'll wait a couple weeks and make sure everyone is happy. (of course, at that point they will be sold out, backordered 8 weeks and my DV will fail week 1).

I just ordered mine as well. It takes 1 day to ship in the State of Florida so hopefully I will have this by Thurs. Then have the dealer install it under warranty!lol

Yup, its ironic that it happened like this.
I just read the thread 2 weeks ago about the new DV soon to be released, then mine fails last week, and now the NEW DV gets released! lol
Yes, Champion ordered an OEM DV last Fri. I will have them throw in the FORGE unit probably this Friday same time yours goes in.
I love mods that replace parts for stronger more durable pieces!

I called Forge and ask for a better price if I buy 10 or more of these:
Forge says that since it has a VERY HIGH demand they are not doing any specials.
Ppl.... is time to hold your breath and try to buy it together. I'm sure they'll give us a better deal.
$250 + shipping is PRICEY!!!

Had mine installed today.
It does hold the boost a bit longer but I haven't really push the car to see if there is a boost increase.
Regarding the price, it's all worth it. If people were willing to spend $70 or so for a Blow Off Valve. I don't see how $250 ($180 more) is too much for a item that is sort of a preventative maintenance with a touch of performance increase.
