I am having a hard time getting the wax that accumulates around the Audi logo on the trunk. How do I get rid of it? Q-tip and alcohol?

I was gonna say Q-tip...prolly wont need alcohol, but the best way to fix something is to prevent it, dont get so close to the logos

I was trying to get the haze out from around the logo so the car looks brand spankin new. It hasn't been done since I have had the car and it looks great now other than the little white chunks around it...

I use a small brush with natural hairs as the bristles (horse or boar hair).

A toothbrush is ok but, sometimes they will leave small scratches on dark painted cars.

^^ Ha good point! I've been lucky to get the car washed every other week! I need a full day to set aside a detail...Friday seems like a good day!

I went crazy Saturday night and pulled all my wheels off and scrubbed them till they were completely silver again. What a difference clean wheels make.[eek]

I buy light wheels so that they can hold 10 pounds of dirt and still weigh the same as stock.
