Used the http://a4mods.com/index.php?page=webcontent/pages/boostleak.html design to test for a boost leak

How do you know when you dont have any more leaks?

does the system fully pressurize and the gauge reading on your air tool stay stable??

Well if you are still testing into the intake manifold there might still be a flow of air since the air can leak past the rings, but you will hear the air bubble in the oil so you know that isn't a leak.

there's air leaking from this thing that looks like a long check valve, it attaches to the L tube near the the manifold. it sits near the firewall and leads to the brake booster.

i looked at bentleys and cannot find the name of this check valve looking thing. its 3 inches long
