I had some votland springs installed about a month ago and as it settled down the final measurement where : Front 25'' back 25.5 ( Fender to floor (Full tank)).
I saw on this DIY (http://forums.fourtitude.com/zerothread?id=2637475) both front and rear bump stops are trimmed, my question is if I trim the rear bump stop will I be able to lower the back to 25''.

Yes.
I've cut off about 1 inch of bump stop front and back. My A4 is 25" from ground to fender all around. I don't hit the bump stops and I track mine.
Wait.....you have springs and not coilovers, correct?
If your car is currently resting on the bump stops, then if you cut trim them, you should sit lower. If your car is not sitting on them right now, then it won't matter. However, you should still trim them anyway.

Correct I am on springs, I just had a talk with the guys at vogtland and they told me that cutting the bump stops should not be necessary to achieve this look:

They told me that they will send me a form to fill with the measurements of the drop, and if its more than 10mm off the factory specs they will be replaced.
Ps. For the bump stops see DIY above
