Like Minira said - if you're in SoCal and don't go to Penske Audi, well, you're missing out.

Chris (luvmshavd) set me up with an install for Neuspeed exhaust - how cool is that - a dealer installing aftermarket exhaust. Pretty sweet, huh?

Service was quick. Had a nice time shooting the breeze with Jerry and Verone. Another nice dealership experience. I'm a Penske Audi lifer.

[up] [up] Go Penske!

Hey guys,

We do have aftermarket parts available, although most things will need to be ordered we definitely can get a hold of stuff from the major manufacturers like Neuspeed, Eibach, Koni, etc.

We have a couple of pieces in right now that are going on another display wall as well.

Thanks for the kind words!

Hey Penske,

Gonna come in for the 25K service in a couple of weeks. Do I need to make an appointment. Also, in regards to your aftermarket products (being that you are a dealership) what is your pricing like... Is it comparable to places like Eurocode and Creative.... Cause what I'll save in gas money and time might be worth paying a few extra dollars if you guys are close in pricing.

I was there and saw some of the pricing on cars in the showroom , really not that bad relative to other dealers..$2350 for a set of 19s on a A3 and I thnk $800 for the springs installed ...reasonable I guess

Called lisa at commonwealth she said that i did have the 60k service, and all i'd be coming up on is the 70k interval for just the oil change, anything else i need at that point?

You're buying a car from Jerry? Man, I'd buy a car from Jerry every week if I could afford it. Best experience with a salesman ever - straightforward, no BS, wam-bam thank you ma'am. [up] He's the reason I'm going to Penske for all my service now - just 'cause he's there. Turns out Verone and Chris over there aren't too bad, either. [:D]

Adam how is the exhaust treating you

I'm loving it. The Neuspeed sounds great. I also installed a testpipe this weekend (what a pain in the ass that was) and can definitely feel it in the seat of the pants. Spools much quicker at lower RPM's. The testpipe/Neuspeed combo is fairly loud / resonant. I might see what my options are regarding resonators to cut down on the 'freeway hum'.

Regarding the Neuspeed install you guys did a great job - tips perfectly straight/level, no exhaust leaks, had me in and out quick, price was very fair all factors considered (e.g. Penske Audi vs. Manny's Muffler Hut) [:D] -- thanks again!! [up]

Yeah awesome dealer ! But the salesman I deal with is Nathan Lloyd. That guy is so rad. He knows his stuff. You can ask him anything about your car and he would tell you. A knowledgable salesman always gets my business. But no doubt about it Penske Audi is awesome.

Our second parts wall over by the Oettinger A3 is getting up and running as well, just put up the Koni Coilvovers and the Neuspeed Catback yesterday--gotta keep it new and improved all the time around here!
