Too bad it doesn't have any audio, but the short of it is that they are using a magnetic fluid in the shocks (developed in the US actually) and the ride can be more percisly controled electronically. Latest and greatest thing in ESC (electronic stability control).

thats friggin awesome, basically when your driving regularly the suspension is softer and smoother, but when you take a turn, it transfers stiffness to the parts of the suspension that need it...

Example: your taking a hard left turn, the right side would want to sway a lot but is made stiffer to get a better ride, almost the same effect as adding sway bars but only when you need them

At least thats what I got from all this

looks a little outdated.. why would they put TRON in the suspension?
