Well the guys at the collection do.
They have kept my car for a week and now that I call them to see whats up, they say that the car has numerous after market mods that use too much voltage the only thing that uses electricity are the HIDs and they only use 35w instead of 55w. And still the sensor is going crazy when they are off.

I am going to morrow to the dealer to raise hell.

The only thing I can blame it on are the lowering springs.
If I understand correctly, your headlights are not working properly.
My headlights were thrown off when I was lowered. I got the leveling adjusted but still to this day if I go around a sweeper at night fairly quickly, the headlights do not know what to do. They turn directly down in the middle of the turn and then level back up. Crazy weird but it happens.

he has an aftermarket hid kit in halogen housings, no leveling sensors to throw off

Exactly.

What they say is that the sensor or something is getting insufficient power, and they say its the headlights. Even when they are off

I just came from The Collection. As usual they don't know what to say to me or what is wrong with the car, what they tell me is " 11839 Vehicle has after market turbo device (Ok what does the test pipe have to do with the esp and steering) and wire harness affecting normal operation of esp control system ( Just a regular set of HIDs( Still what do they have to do with the steering and the esp)). to diagnose, need to return to manufacture design"

Supposedly I should be receiving a call on Monday from the shop manager so he can explain in more detail. However its too late, I will be taking my business to a place where they now what they are doing.

I will post the codes that the dealer gave me later.

Well I now got too talk with a much more understanding service adviser (The one who actually know what he is talking about (He agreed that the lights and the tp had nothing to do)), and he got me an appointment to talk one on one with the service manager.
