Just Tires did a pretty good/quick job on my alignment about 4 months ago. Can't remember exactly how much it cost, but I know it was pretty fair.

What size tires do you have?
Go to Discount Tire Centers in El Monte. They did my alignment and did a really good job. Even with lowered cars.
They usually go by tire size. My 19" rims was a 70 dollar alignment.
17" is 50 dollars. Talk to Vic! And ask him a quote first, then say Giorgio sent you and he'll give you a 10 dollar discount.

I went to them also, but after the alignment, the steering wheel wasn't centered. And this happened to me twice. From then on, I do my own alignment.

pay more and get it done right. I had mine aligned at a shop 2 weeks before going to West End. The toe-in was F-ED UP - and this is a shop i've been going to FOREVER and always thought they did a good job. I even thought they had done a good job this time - obviously not.
spend a little more money and do it right. I think West End charges about $90 for 4 wheel alignment. And you KNOW it's done perfectly correct.
You don't know if it's done right driving away from a Just Tires, etc. It may feel okay, but the kid getting paid $6.25 an hour operating the machine really doesn't give a shit.
You don't drive an '82 Civic - get it done right, the first time. The extra $40 you spend will pay off when your tires last for 25k instead of 12k.

Yeah, that happened to me too, but I went back and Carlos (my alignment guy) had it straightened out for me.[:D] So it's okay.[drive]
But I admit, I had to go back for them to adjust the steering wheel.
