I'm switching out the entire exhaust... and for the life of me can't figure out how to get to those bolts.

Also, since mine are somewhat rusted-- what size are they?

TIA!

They are a pain in the ass. On mine, I had to cut one, one came out naturally, and one broke in half. For me, my downpipe was welded to the rest of my exhaust so it was a real pain. If you still have the stock exhaust, you should be able to remove the slip-joint under the car, and then remove the turbo-to-cat bolts and take the Cat and DP out as one piece - then worry about separating them.

unbolt the downpipe from the rest of the exhaust, leave the DP bolted to the cat, and drag them both up through the hood. Trust me.
