I have read the owner's manual in regards to jacking points at least 7 times by now and it doesn't mention anything about a safe spot to jack the car up in the front. I wish to be able to do my own oil changes in the future and for the sake of ease I'm wondering if there is a safe point to jack the car up from the front alone.
i've looked before but couldn't find a good/stable spot.
so i got ramps, plus it's a lot safer. if you are lowered, might have to make a small plywood platform so the front don't hit.

Yeah, Audi wasn't thinking when they were thinking of jack points.. it's only the sides. And the rear where the tow hook isn't really stable. And I think the gas tanks there or something...

i use a ramp, due to me not being dropped.
I usually have a habit on staying on top of wood, to get the car a bit higher. and just find a spot to lift up, then use floor jacks to stand car up.
