Possible DV failure?

Im running the stock programming and normally i hear the turbo spooling up around 3k rpms. But as of today im getting the dv noise at about 4k. Does anyone think this is a failure of my dv. I called the dealership and it's under warranty but i just want to see if it was just my head playing tricks on me.

I really don't hear mine. LOL That's because it's not loud enough... Maybe a little tear? Running any mods?

Only mod is my tint. Im thinking it might be torn but i think i might just run it and wait for the forge dv.
