Most of the time, its the regulator thats the problem, not the motor

Is the Steel wire in tact? as for the motor, just depress the clip in with pliers and pull, thats definately a push down type connection

you need to push both sides of the clip not just the "visible" front part. There is an identical type of lock on the back.

small screw driver to press it down most of the time the plastic is weak and will flex before it lets it go down far enough to release it if not use the blue wrench [:D]

flathead should do the trick.

was there plastic pieces (usually green) laying at the bottom of your window tray? if so you gota buy the whole new assmembly! such a pain and waste of money. hopefully its just your motor though.

nope, everything is in tact. my window down with no problem, but when it rolls up, its just super slow. most of the time it goes up about 1/2 and cant make it.
but i quit for today, tried unclipping it but ended up slipping and my fingers caught a part of the metal and cut 3 fingers pretty nice. it will be done tomorrow, now i know what to do so it will be much easier.
