Help... need to find a place to rent around El Segundo

Anyone around that area know anyone that's renting out a room? preferably with private bathroom, safe parking for modded car. Or single studio or even one bed apartment around that area? Any help will be great... TIA

just be sure you have a covered garage wherever you live because el segundo/playa del rey is right under the flight paths of the many, many airplanes that go in/out of LAX which tends to leave a nice residue on your car from the fuel burn off. this is what a friend of mind complained about when living there
