did you notice that the bumper does not line up exactly with the fender I installed mine last night and I found it was off by 1/2 a inch not a big deal but I am just woundering if any others out there are like this also I have a EVO FMIC and had to do quite a bit of cutting on the rebar to get this to fit on and had to cut out the support on the passanger side to get the piping to fit

just wanted to know if this is normal or not

TIA
Neil

hmm this is weird because I can't even fit my passenger grill in right now because the piping comes out to far but I am going to try and heat it up next week and try to bend it a little

Lude looks like you had to cut out your support as well the one that goes from the top of the bumper to the bottom that is behind the grill with your piping there I might be wrong but this is just what I am going by looking in your sig

You might have to cut the fog light support brackets that are behind the grills if your IC pipe is hitting them. I used a metal alum bar to replace the support on one side so my passenger side IC tube wouldn't hit it.

guys it all depends on what bumper support your using. if your using a4 bumper support then your s4 bumper skin will mount perfect. if your using a full s4 bumper with s4 bumper support, you will most likely need s4 bumper shocks. that is my issue.

what? I have had 2 brand new OEM S4 bumpers(straight from Audi dealer) with S4 bumper support and both have fit perfect onto my 2000 A4. I have heard the exact same thing from others. Maybe it is a 2000+ thing.

You are looking at around $550 for just the bumper/rebar.
