18 x 8.5 flik artics in gunmetal. All 4 for $100 bucks. Not too bad [:)]

The lips are a bit curbed but i'm gonna sand them and polish them back up. Should i just polish then and leave it? or should i clear coat them? Also what size tires should I run? My car is pretty low. Lower then average. Fenders are slightly rolled already. I can roll some more if I need to. Will 235/40/18 fit?

i'd go 225/40's if you are real low.

Clear coat or you'll have a harder time getting them clean.
235 width should be fine if you're not too low, just make sure you don't have so much sidewall that you increase your rolling diameter.

i'm debating whether or not to go 235/40/18 or 225/40/18. I'm using the maita tire size calc and i think i'm gonna end up going 235. Has anyone had issues running this size? I could always raise my suspension.

Mine's fine with 235/40/18, then again I'm at stock sport suspension height.

i also don't mind polishing a few times a year. I have seen clear coated paint jobs chip and when they chip, they chip in rather large pieces because of the clear has nothing to bite into. I'm leaning towards just having it polished since i can always easily fix a polished surface then a painted one.
