I know there's been a bunch of threads about S4 side skirts, but I can't find my answer in them. I just had my side skirts installed and dont have enough money right now for s4 door moldings. so I wanted to cut m,y stock A4 molding to fit the skirts a little better. Has anyone done that that can help me out, show pics, how much should I cut off etc.? Thanks a lot

Take them off, and use a metal straight edge ruler, a long one, and tape it on tight, then use a xacto knife to cut it. Fairly simple, just take your time so the cut looks clean.

good luck getting old ones off. took me half an hour to get two off. the screws siezed onto the bolts and i snapped a screw in half. depending on the blade, you might be able to get a nice cut from a table saw. that or the moulding will be torn to shreds :p

thanks, I guess I'll just cut off as much as it looks like I should cut off...
