Teaser-ish pics

[1-CLEAN-A4]

I finally tinted the windows and painted the inside of my headlights (GOD i wish i had HID's)! I also switched out bumpers and painted the grill in preparation for either an ABT or characater front. Next is the lip, side skirts and painting the roof and mirrors black, Ill have it all done simultaneousley. Sorry for the phone pics but I'm not taking real one's until after I have my project finished...So this should keep everyone occupied for the time being......thanks Mike-MikeyG6767 and Dave-DJS for the bumper and opinions/ideas[;)]

1. The tail lights are painted over and clear glossed

Ride down to San Diego with me and a caravan of Audi's at the end of this month.
We meet at the Spectrum at 11:00am on the last Sunday of every month.
The group is sometimes 10 people, sometimes it's 30+, usually about 15-18 show up and the cars range from B7 A3's to B5 S4's to old style Quattro's and everything in between.
(Yes RS4 Avants, B7 RS4's, and S8's)

We eat lunch at the Spectrum and then usually go do something as a group.
New people show up every month and everyone's welcome.

Over the last few months, the GTG's have included:
1. Kart racing at K1 in Irvine
2. NorCal / SoCal meet up in San Luis Obispo
3. Texas Hold 'Em tournaments
4. Ortega Highway run
5. Cooks Corner run

.....This month we're doing a BBQ at Mission Bay.
Details are still coming together.

Anyways, PM me towards the end of the month and I'd be happy to fill you in.

I still have my brilliant black mirror housings from my B6. If those will work for you and fit, yeah, sure I'll trade. Are the ones on your car the ebay matte mirrors?

The mirrors are painted bright silver silver.........and the light would look retarted IMO if they were red b/c of the color scheme sooooooo yeah maybe that's hot in canada..........not here. and I used apoxy to reseal the headlights. Mobbin-just honk brother and say hey, I'm usually aloof when driving:)

I agree...everything else looks perfect but the tailights are too dark. I personally don't like tinted tails. You're car though so don't mind me.
BTW...I still think it looked way better when the grill was silver like in your avatar. I was sad to see that go.

You know what though, someone should photoshop both your cars simply for the color contrast. Just make sure the background sets both cars off nicely.

Also, what I was saying is that both of you should get some really nice pics taken and then photoshop both cars together on a great background. Trying to keep the photoshop as natural as possible without the cut and paste look.

PS, Porsche is now close to selling just as many white cars as silver and for German cars, silver has always been the #1 choice for years! Hell, my last 4 cars have been silver.[eek]

When you get your kit on, find someone who can take great pics.
When all is done, I can shoot both of your cars over to a buddy of mine who can then photoshop and edit your cars together. He will make it look like you took the shot together.[up]
