Done with one and looked at atp's prices and just seems too much. 3" stainless, what are you guys running?

I'm actually getting one made. Should be cheaper than going through ATP, etc. Was thinking of having a few clones of them made and seeing if anyone here has interest at close to $40-50.00 max a pipe.

Edit: Same shop that did my 3" exhaust cat back for $400 installed. They do great work.

^^there is also eurocode's and ER's..

im running the ATP( aka- A Terrible Product) and i like it, but i wish that i got the ER testpipe. that or a labree HFC..

the only reason that i bought the ATP TP is that i thought i would be running an eliminator, so that was just prepping for it. now i've changed my mind and that will be coming out sometime in the future

i had heard things about it not sitting well at the downpipe connection and people having to retap the holes. but i did not have any problem with that (just needed to tighten this shit out of it. I even reused the stock gasket which probably wasnt to smart but got the job done. The one nut on the turbo side is a PITA to tighten because you literally can not get a socket in on it because the 3" pipeing is so damn close to the flange. I think that anyone with that TP will say the same thing about that. but really i dont see any other problems with it besides.

see some nutz here:

Killa - I think you may have been referring to a downpipe for a Big Turbo (Which means non-stock location, not an eliminator).

Killa,

We have few pre-made true BT DP options for this model. Please grace us by producing something we can use.

P.S. I had the DP for my setup custom made.

Is that supposed to be heat shielding?

Im getting mine done sometime this week, but what Im doing is cutting the cat out and welding on a pipe to the flanges with holes for an 02 sensor, ill post pics when its all done, shouldnt cost me more than 50-100 dollars to do.

That's exhaust Wrap, keeps heat where heat's supposed to be, inside the pipe and not under the hood [up]

I'll show you what we came up with later on[wrench]
