I've seen the links to one (or the) manufacturers recommendations on how to clean the fabric. Would like to know what you experts suggest. Mine is pretty beat up from about a year's worth of neglect. Lots of napping (if that's what you call the fuzz) on the bottom edge of the seats where my legs bend. Hoping to get to it one sunny afternoon once the weather climbs back into the 80's around here and wanted to see if you all had done a car similarly equipped (my car has the silver alcantara) and whether you had a good write-up on the process in addition to recommended cleaning items/supplies. Welcome your thoughts.

mr. clean magic eraser and a little fuzz cleaner should do the trick. there is a write-up on AW about it. I'll try and find it.

I dislike dry chemical sponges unless absolutely necessary. Here is a link to a detail i did on an 04 s4. you can see the final product in the thread. The seats were foam cleaned and lightly extracted.

also take a look at my s8 smoker car thread. same process for extraction of the tan alclantara.

well honestly the extractor or a steamer would be my choice but I know its not always accessible. I have had pretty good luck with Adam's Carpet and Upholstery cleaner and a MF towel and the fuzz cleaner.

I'll try to get a write up soon. My car needs a nice interior cleaning.

Grouse is write up is really good if you can get the proper tools as well.
