The RS4 insert will give you about 150 additional horsepower. [drive]

The A4 one is for the standard A4 grille.

The S4 and S-line ones are for the S-line or S4 grilles and they would fit the RS4 grille too but they are Grey and not black like the S-line titanium and the RS4 one.

I would go with the RS4 grill (No plate), just because the euro license plate just makes a huge target for police laser speed guns.

Namely, would like to see the RS4 insert, titanium insert, etc.
