hi,
i was seeing if anyone in the bay had a tt 225 quattro and wanted to meet up for some runs. i'm not going to the dyno for a couple of days-weeks so i just wanted to get a feel for where i'm at in comparison to a 225. i have a 180hp thats modded, and the k04 software isnt ready yet so i tuned it a bit with vagcom. i'd preffer to see a chipped tt225Q
let me know, maybe well go do some test runs somewhere. i'm in southbay.

we have a 225 roadster if you wanna test yours out. But it's getting suspension surgery so it won't be ready to roll till next week. Im in Fremont but work in San
Jose. Its modded quite a bit more than chipped, but downpipe, intake manifold and turbo is stock. Its pushes close to 2 bar from 3000 to 5000 though when its not limp [rolleyes]

that would be some fun! you should be about 3-4 car lengths ahead. let me know if you want to meet up, and find out. also i used to own a car shop if you need any work. i could help if you want to save some money..... (i quit the car scene mostly, i design chips now.....pringles and doritos mainly) i have a small k04 at 22psi. if you have a 225 you should easily be ahead.infinion would be some real fun...

i think what i really want to see is the acceleration. i will plateau quicker due to the smaller turbo, but i want to see how it reacts off the line. and on a second thought, if you are pushing 2bar you whould be about 5-8 cars ahead, atleast........
