The pump can't be rebuilt. It is a cheap plastic part that fails. When mine failed it made a weird mooing sound. That pump is in the convenience control module and it is fairly expensive. I got a used one from an Audi dismantler.

search Audiworld... I stumbled across a DIY about replacing the pump in the module. A Passat one has the same P/N and can be swapped in. It worked for the guy.

Found this http://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec149.shtml

So, I located the pump, hit the remote a few times, and confirmed that it still had power (could hear the mechanical sounds trying to do something).
The pump doesn't make any crackling noises, checked the fuse, it's fine..

Well I pulled the pump out and found that the graphite wheel shattered, looking into see if that's rebuildable

Yeah, same thing happened to me... (find out if you have a 1 hose or 2 hose pump before you buy another one.

Well I did rebuild the blade that spins around but I don't have any pump action coming from it

Does anyone have a pic of the blade not broken?

Most pump blades protrude from the wheel, the space in between the housing doesn't have any room from the blades to be out
