I recently ordered the PC Essentials Detail Kit from Adam's Polishes. I haven't started anything yet since there's still a foot of snow on the ground, but I had a couple questions.
Are any of the Adam's products considered a sealant? I'd like to put something on that lasts longer than wax alone, especially in the fall since we have such long winters here, where regular washing/waxing isn't a viable option.
Also, how many uses can I get out of a clay bar, on average? Do I have to replace it everytime I clay the car?

if it touches the ground, which WILL happen if you're not extremelly careful, throw it out. you might hit a rough spot on the paint where there happens to be alot of dirt, the claybar will stop but your hand wont and thats when the claybar falls.... dont pick it up and start using it, just toss it.
best thing you can probably do is rip/cut it into two/three equal size pieces when you first get it, that way when you DO drop it you wont mind throwing that piece out.
the best advice i can give is probably "fold often, fold early" meaning exactly that. as soon as you get done doing a small section, stretch it out and fold it over itself. that way you dont rub dirt back into the paint and end up with a ton of scratches

I don't believe they have a sealant, but I have heard that Butter Wax is very similar to Poorboy's EX, which is a combination sealant/carnuba. I'd recommend talking with Phil to confirm/deny, and maybe consider purchasing some Menzerna FMJ from him.
Good advice on the clay bar. Depending on the condition of course, I'll usually get two cars out of each section of the bar. FWIW I use Ziplock sandwich bags to store the pieces of clay...prevents them from sticking and getting really firm.
Kind of beyond the scope of this site, but there are some great detailing sites out there that cover detailing processes in, well, detail. www.autopia.org is always a great starting point.
