Unlike the B6s, the B7s have a return line. I'd still not recommend it for the obvious reason of simply running out of gas.

LOL..You do realize that this is a SEINFELD EPISODE right?
Cramer wanted to see just how long it would take when the tank was on E, to run out of gas.
Though I do admit going maybe 10 miles or so past 0 in my old S4.
Not good to starve a TURBO motor of fuel! BOOOOM!

I remember that seinfeld

Guys have you seen the Top Gear where he drives the A8 TDI bi turbo v8 for 800 miles on one tank. He gets to zero and went like another 30 miles finishing the project without running out. Lols.

I have gone about 15 mi after 0, no stations around. When I filled up it wasnt a dramatic difference in gallons, I'm sure it could have gone further.

Ive gone maybe 10, I dont like to either but sometimes u just dont have a choice. Id rather run out of gas then put gas in from one of these shitty ass dirty stations with 89 as the highest octane and who knows if they ever cleaned there tanks.

I'm in the fuel transport business; I would recommend you try to keep gas level over ¼ tank when ever possible. If you let it fall bellow ¼, you start to pick up sediments, and moisture which is not just bad for the engine, but also for your fuel pump.
