i just bought a 1997 1.8 a4 and it needs some work done to it, my father is a mechanic so labor price is not an issue, but i am having problems finding an a-frame for the front driver's side...does anyone know where would i be able to find one?

I would email one of the people on ebay cutting one up, they will cut anything off and sell it

Ive seen links before on this forum to someone who does central steering coloum mounted gauges also the AWE tuning airvent gauge mounts are quite nice as well!!!

Also I am thinking someone said A-arm and that eventully turned into A-frame eventhough that would mean control arms.... but I could be way off

This guy (http://myworld.ebay.com/boost4street) is parting out an entire 97 A4 on eBay right now. He should have what you're looking for as long as you don't need anything for the engine. It's a 2.8.

?????????? are we talking about a-pillar? a-arm? a-frame? or a-hole? we all have a-holes so i don't think we're talkin about that.

im familiar with domestic cars in which its called an a-frame, on the audi i believe its called the lower control arm..
