I'm looking at getting a GPS unit that I can use between cars.
The question I have is about the bluetooth capabilities of the various GPS units out there.

All of them claim to connect to bluetooth phones so you can make call through the GPS unit and have the call come through the GPS unit.
That's great, however, I have bluetooth in my A4 that I connect with my cell phone all the time.
The question I have is; can the bluetooth capable GPS units connect to the Audi's bluetooth so that the voice directions of the GPS come through the stereo, like the OEM NAV system?

And, can you connect both a bluetooth phone and a bluetooth GPS at the same time without the voice prompts interupting the phone call and vice versa?

Of the GPS units I've been looking at only one mentioned connecting it's bluetooth to the car's system.

The GPS units I'm interested in:
Garmin Nuvi 360
Magellan Roadmate 6000T
TomTom Go910
JVC eAvinue KV-PX9

Also the Roadmate 800 is a really solid older performer, but I don't think it has bluetooth.

not exactly sure about your bluetooth question but i can tell you that the garmin nuvi 360 is an EXCELLENT nav system. my dad just picked one up for his mini cooper and to be honest i prefer using it to the nav+...

...so easy to use, loud if you need it, takes SD cards to play music, great navigation and just overall works flawlessly!
