remove the bumper, should be self explanitory from there. (im being serious, its lame that you have to remove the bumper... but its true. )

bumper removal is fun.
it takes torx bits and some really long extensions to get to some of the bolts. there are 3 in the engine bay, those are easy.
the hard ones are behind the wheel well. crank your wheel one way, remove the first 2 torx screws holding the liner on. fold it back and you will find 2 torx bolts way way back in the well very close to each other. I think there are 2 more bolts behind the liner that are much easier to get to. the ones way back require that extention.
Oh yeah, there are some bolts on the bottom that hold the bumper to the skid plate. you can use a quarter to pop these out.
Once you get the bumper off, there will be one wire attached to supply power to both fogs. I just left it attached and swung the bumper out to expose the backside of the grill. remove 10+ torx to remove the grille.
