So my car is at 101,9xx miles right now, the previous owner completed a timing belt job and the water pump. Im wondering, will I need a new water pump / timing belt at around 120-125k miles?

well, that all depends on when the last replacement was. You left this mileage out of your intial post.

Every 60k or so. Just like tie rod ends, control arms, wheel bearings, sway bar links...

They aren't all that bad. The S4 has almost 190k miles on it and has only had one control arm, one tie rod end, and one wheel bearing replaced.
