you have halogen bulbs. you cannot simply replace H bulbs with Xenon bulbs. you have to have ignitors, ballasts, and wiring to make the xenon bulbs work. in other words, you need a Xenon H7 kit to make your bulbs work. i think your purchase was a waste of money if you dont have the kit

no, those are both xenon bulbs...

but they are different types of bulbs, what you have is like comparing an h7 halogen bulb to an h1 halogen bulb...

they are different and it looks like they wont be compatible.

Is what you have is an H7 Rebased Aftermarket bulb that has blown. This is because Aftermarket kits suck, and are poor quality. The new bulb on the right is a True D2S OEM bulb. If you choose to use this bulb you would need to get ballast plugs that convert the HID KIT type to D2S. Then you would have to get an H7 to D2S adapter ring. True Oem D2S bulbs last on average 5 times longer then cheap aftermarket.

Exactly. The new bulb is a Philips D2S bulb. The old bulb uses the separate wires for the ballast.

I hope you bought new ballasts too....

the new bulb you bought is a stock bulb...the one that burned out isnn't.

, the old one that you say is STOCK, is part of an aftermarket KIT. Your car does not have stock OEM xenons installed.
