im gettin the car back today with the new engine.. so its time to clean her up a bit..

how do i remove the lower front and rear Valence from my car? i did search and although there were alot of good write ups on painting them, none stated how to remove them from your bumpers. they are currently already painted but soo sooooooooo rock chipped

I might be wrong on this, but I just had my bumper off the car over the weekend. It seemed it would be easiest to take the bumper off and "unclip" the valence. With the bumper on the car it would not have much room to work on the valence.

i will try to do a DIY on it, with pictures.. the reason i want to remove them for paint is because you can see a little bit of black on mine where they meet the bumper. just shows definition and its annoying
