I'm about to put on my Eurocode testpipe and from what I've read I should get a CEL within a few days after installing it.
With a Vag-Com, can I just clear it and will it stay away? Or do I need a software upgrade in order to get rid of it? My A4Q is running the Neuspeed 91 file and since Neuspeed doesn't have a test pipe file, I can't simply upgrade the software.
Anyone have any experience with test pipes and the Neuspeed software?
If I can't get to installing it by this weekend I am going to have Eurocode do it.

I could have sworn that someone on AudiWorld said that NeuSpeed has the CEL removal upgrade for their software......

How do you like the Neuspeed upgrade? Not many reviews/dynos w/ it.

I have been very satisfied with the Neuspeed tune. Aside from some surging I had for a few hundred miles the programming has been flawless. I got my A4Q chipped at 5K and the car now has 13K on it. It would be nice to be able to switch modes though; the Neuspeed chip does not have a switch capability.

I would learn to ignore the CEL or else you could go with APR or REVO. Those tuners will readjust parmeters for the o2 sensors to take into account the testpipe. You can call Aaron at neuspeed to see if they have an unofficial file for it laying around but there is no public file from them I know of.
cheers! mike

Thanks for the info, I'm going to give Neuspeed a call.

I just got back from Eurocode. I had APR and the test pipe installed. It is a totally different car. I am really shocked. I had a B6 S4 before this, modded. and Im not unhappy with the A4. Its really ****ing good. I will be posting dynos soon but the delta, i will tell you is ya you will see. Ill wait to post dynos. APR, from the research ive done seem to have it.
