did any one buy the tranny oil from the dealer? its cold out now and when i shift in to second it kind of hard and i'm just wandering if i should buy some oil from them or go wiith amsoi or somethng else.

you should stick with the oem fluid. Although they do say it is not necessary to change it. You did mention its cold outside so... Does your car still have this issue once the car is warmed up?

yea that oem stuff is really expensive. but once my car is warmed up its fine.

DEFINATLY change it... I think I just started a wave the other day of some people that changed their fluid after reading my review after changing my oil...

Yeah you should change it, I'm tempted to use OEM the next time I do it. A lot of people recommended Redline MT-90 and it blows big time.

Royal Purple 75W-90... You cannot go wrong and I haven't seen anyone yet that hates RP...

I changed mine this past wkend using Motul 300 (75W-90) from purems.com. Still a lil notchy, but def not as bad as before. Getting into 2nd gear has always been rough in cold weather, since I bought her new.

Yeah I may try royal purple next. Redline is just way too thick if you live anywhere that get's cold.... probably not an issue in vegas

that oem stuff is really expensive. i forget how much. but the next time i go in for a oil change i'll go my tranny oil too.
