how much did you pay for the muffler?

4 words: turtle wax rubbing compound.
it should get the out lines from the debadge off real nice. you can barely even tell there were ever even badges on my car when you lift the tailgate into the light and look hard for it.

the muffler.....looks better than the single, but i like the look of the borla better.

You don't have to spend that much money, and or time. I have a black car and when i took my badges off, it left those gluey silhouettes. It'll go away after time/car washes. Just rub it hard with a wet chamois.

well it worked really well in getting the outlines off. i had a little tub of it in my garage and figured why not. it says it is safe on all car finishes.

regarding the debadgeing, yes i need to wax the entire car, muffler cost me like $100, plus $20 installation. entire 3" exhaust with muffler and isntallation cost me like ~$320. not bad. sound is amazing, i would post a video but i dont know how to download from camcorder to computer. and my frined is selling his car, he is not too much of an audi enthusiast like me. i am trying to convince him to switch headlights with me. lets see what he says whenever he makes up his mind.

i ahve tried to connect it already but it only works when camcorder is on picture mode or "memory", not on video. so the only thing i can download from camcorder are the pictures.

how come your car had a single exhaust tip before? I am going to get exhaust in soon too. I got quoted 350 for 2.5 inch piping to 2.25 inch magnaflow inlet and 3.5 inch wide, 6 inch long tips. I see you went with shorter tips so you can see the muffler. do you guys think that looks better? explicits looks like the style im getting.

long tips all the way man... personaly i think those short and expanded tips with the muffler hanging around things is uggly. there is hardly any point to even having tips when the muffler is right there... my 2cents... don't hate me:P lol
