Service Advisor Rec @ BH Audi

i am taking my car in tomorrow morn for the 30K service and was wondering if there is a specific service advisor i should entrust my car to at beverly hills audi service. thanks!

I'd personally pass on BH ... take the drive down to Commonwealth and hit up Ryan ... won't be disappointed ... I used to drive from Santa Monica down there just for maintenance...I wouldn't trust anyone else

well, got my car back last night. eddie was my SA at BH Audi. great guy and thus far BH Audi has come out on top in terms of scheduled maintenance (taken my car to downtown audi and meckenna - avoid mckenna like the plague).

couple things:

1. i was supposed to get a ride to my office but the shuttle driver dropped me off at the car rental lot. instead of sending another shuttle to pick me up, eddie got me into a rental (got a mustang convertible) haha!

2. car was ready on time

3. they detailed my car

4. AND they gassed my car up. AMAZING!

yes i would always get a rental from them...true

my car was never ready on time in fact i don't think they even changed my battery though it died but rather charge it

i'd never let anyone wash my car ... BH did once and ended up swirling the entire car .. they did pick up the tab to get that removed

I thought audi dealerships don't give out rentals. Free gas and a rental @@.

I wonder why Lexus gives out a rental and Audi doesn't?
