Detail Day for a client...

Did not have before pictures since the car was well-maintained already. The standard process was followed to help rid of the swirl marks.

1. Wash
2. ClayBar + Detail Spray
3. Swirl & Haze Remover
4. Polish
5. Wax
6. VRT for the tires

looks hot. quick question. since on black swirls are well inevitable, will swirl removers really help on a black?

Sure will...

If you keep the paint well protected with proper maintenace like Phil has on his Black S4 and ML55, you can proactively prevent the swirls. This means avoiding the auto car wash places and having enough coats of wax/sealant for protection. Never dry wash the car as well.

ok! my car is basically brand new. 4 months. Ive waxed it twice already (with a buffer i bought and meguiars wax) but i already notice some swirls. Never had an automatic car wash. Only washed at home and dried w/ microfibers. will the weather I am exposed to make a difference? sorry im a newb when it comes to this stuff. trying the make the car a show one. and you cant have swirls for that stuff!

Nice job. What kind of polish and wax did you use? I'm assuming Revive & Butter? Regardless, great job and the Dolphin gray always comes out nice...

Thanks Alvin. Car really stands out now. Oh and I thought you also applied a coat of BSG.
Anyway.. I'm very pleased with the outcome. [up]

You are correct. I gave the car a touch of the BSG as well.
Thanks for stopping by. I am very happy that you're very pleased with the results.

Hey,

How much do you generally charge per car? I am looking to get mine down but am located in South central jersey, Brick to be exact.

Thanks,

Jay
