Wow thats very elaborate, informative, and probably should be stickied.

Good work must've taken a while.. [up]

Edit: Although a couple of the links don't seem to be working, the first ABT Widebody link and the Oetty rear pic are faulty from what I've looked at so far.

Really cool..and time consuming..

but your wet works garage grill is wrong. the link takes you to a wetworks garage lip spoiler..
by the way, my grill is a wetworks garage grill.

and you need to correct the phrase " Picture of Rieger Rear can be seen" under the sportec body kit heading...

nevertheless, great job bro..[up] [up] [hail]

This is why I think someone should host an A4 wiki. This kind of info is priceless and a wiki would mean that one person (Greg) doesn't have to do all the heavy lifting.

That said, I don't have the money for the bandwidth or the time to track down sponsers. Maybe something AZ could look into?

Yea i know what u mean, but i dont know if thats possible on the AZ vBulletin. Once i finish going through everything it will be much easier to upkeep and add little things here and there. Im more then halfway through with all of the main info although i still have to finish doing all of the performance including turbos, fmics, exhausts, clutches and all that good stuff. Plus I want to gather up all of the dynos out there and come up with a comprehensive collection. Ill see how it goes...

yea i would like to but i dont know it as of now, its a pretty rare mod since it will require the entire euro rear and euro rebar. Someone actually cut and modified their NA rebar and made a DIY for installing the USP rear but i think it got lost in the AZ crash. Ill try and see if i can dig up the part numbers needed for the conversion.

If your talking about the s4 rear, as long as you dont have a USP they only thing you need is the bumper and the aluminum strip. All bolts and screws can be re-used from the a4 rear.

Alright suspension is pretty much finished up. I have sways, springs, shocks and coils. Ill add in another little section for the cpp adjustable controls arms and other less common suspension upgrades.

Any preferences as what to do next? Im thinking exhausts with as many sound clips for each exhaust as i can. I hope to have a clip for each exhuast with test pipe/ without test pipe.

Nope. Should I just put my camera on the side walk and drive by or what? It doesn't sound good unless it's moving.

There are many different things you can do. You dont have to do them all but they can include: laying camera on floor behind car and going through the revs, or having the camera mounted inside the car with the windows up/down to give an idea of inside the cabin noise, or you can place camera outside and do a drive by.

Not trying to criticize, but I think you should list the modifications of the cars that have the exhaust clips (if you know them), because a stock car with and exhaust sounds a lot different than a car with a test pipe and a ko4. This way people can get a more accurate description and realize theirs may sound different.

i have already included with each clip if they have a test pipe or not because i know that makes a big difference. however i dont have the time to list all of the engine mods for every single clip

To my knowledge all of the spring packages are progressive springs and do not have a linear spring rate that can be measured. As for the coilovers, most of them can be ordered with a choice of different spring rates, and you pick whatever springs rates work best for you [up]

Do a little research and find out the length and diameter of the tips on the abt exaust. Then find a set of aftermarket tips that are similar, and a good exhaust shop should be able to weld them to the stock muffler and make them fit in the abt rear.

USP Rear Upper Bumper Cover: 8E5-807-301-AE-GRU
USP Rear Lower Bumper Cover: 8E5-807-521-G-GRU

**the lower bumper cover comes with the black decal taped to the inside of the cover (masking tape). I don't think it has it's own part#.

Actually, there is the aluminum colored plastic trim piece that goes on the top of the bumper just under the trunk lid. I'll get that and the rebar # soon.

back lower doesn't really come off of the upper, cleanly at least, sides you just remove all of the plastic screws under the car and door weather stripping. front lower come apart from the upper but you will need to take the entire bumper off of the car to get at the tabs.

First time posting, been lurking a long time though. I am the owner of a 04' USP Sedan, and was unfortunately rear ended recently. I know some people look for part numbers for the usp/euro impact bar/rebar, and thought I'd share. (these are the part numbers i got off several estimates)

8E0807313S Impact bar/rebar
8E5807521GGRU lower bumper cover
8E5807301AEGRU upper bumper cover
8E58074433Q7 (estimate says rear bumper cover molding, I suspect it's the aluminum colored plastic trim piece that goes on the top of the bumper just under the trunk lid, since this piece is damaged but not included anywhere else, but not sure on this)
8E0807275C left buffer
8E0807276C right buffer

Hope this helps some of you.

First time posting, been lurking a long time though. I am the owner of a 04' USP Sedan, and was unfortunately rear ended recently. I know some people look for part numbers for the usp/euro impact bar/rebar, and thought I'd share. (these are the part numbers i got off several estimates)

Thanks for that info, i'm sure that can help out alot of people!

OMFG! LOOKS AMAZINGLY FACTORY! One possibly stupid question for you though. How and where can one acquire the USP lip for a fair price? What is a fair price?

This may seem like a dumb question, but is there another place to get an USP Lower front other than the dealer? Thanks

Just maybe to add to the stock brake setups. The 190bhp 1.8T b6 has 312mm Discs up front also.

Need to update:

-add Unitronic to the tuners section

- Stasis front BBK part: they don't offer a mono6 380mm front for the b6 a4 anymore, it's a mono4 370mm kit now.

but i guess we're only updating the WIKI now?
