And it didn't happen.

I went to AUDI mission viejo, where I bought my B6 S4, and I finally decided that I want a BONE stock Ibis White 2.0T Quattro Manual with S-line and Titanium. The salesmen and managers there were basically assholes, because i'm young, and initially didn't want to discuss numbers because they didn't think i was ready to buy. I didn't go there in my S4, I went in my brothers GTI, which is the Axis GTI (a gorgeous car) so they instantly supposed i was just looking. They also decided to throw out the most rediculous numbers, and they didn't want to order what I wanted. They said since there's and Ibis White 2.0T Quattro Manual on the west coast with tit. and s-line and audio and convenience, that they wouldn't order the car I wanted. Well all I want is S-Line and Tit., THAT'S IT, I didn't want to spend the extra $3,100.

So basically, **** them and maybe you guys should think twice before going and getting disrespected and BS'd too. The MANAGER also said that me and my brother looked familiar, but he thought we bought an older car, he thought we bought a 2003 S4, and I told that idiot that a 2003 S4 did NOT exist in the US (i bought an 05 S4 a little over a year ago there).

Someone else will be getting my business, also, my dad will be buying an A8 from whoever I get my car from, since basically he doesn't want to deal with it.

Goodbye Mission Viejo, damn i hate dealerships.

Ramin

Yeah, i'll be going there tomorrow, i just had a couple bad experiences there when i was looking for a B6 S4, no one even wanted to let me test drive an S4 there, it was rediculous. The FIRST time i went to Mission Viejo, i had a salesman let me take out a B6 S4, B7 S4, and just for fun, we took out a W12. I bought my car there that day because i had such a good experience, but of course that salesman no longer works there and i didn't have a good experience today.

Thanks sooo much, i'm stoked we'll have some real recordings soon instead of the home recordings, but what we have up gives a pretty good idea of what our sound is.

Ohh, and your car was my inspiration for getting white, just so you know, haha.

There's a Ibis white, quattro, manual, s-line, and titanium on the west coast? You shouldn't have said that. Now I'm going into withdrawals. Should I go look at it? If I do, I might just do some impulse shopping.[headbang]

If you're REALLY looking for that car, then I saw your dream car today, seriously. They have a FULLY loaded ibis white 2.0T quattro manual, navy, convenience, cold, audio, BT, literally everything you could think of. I just can't afford it right now, but it's seriously the most BEAUTIFUL car i've seen.

i got mine at Miramar.

at first i didn't think i would get it there. the floor salespeople are clueless and try to rip you off (or at least that's what they did to me, maybe b/c i'm female?). then i dealt with the Internet Sales Mgr and after a lot of emails he finally matched/beat the LA pricing i was getting. to make things even better, they were THE dealership that had the car i wanted, but of course i didn't tell him that. [:)] (apparently the fully loaded 6MT Quattro is rare, although they had 2 of them)

let me know if you'd like his info. they have 4 6MT Quattros right now but i think they are pretty loaded.

If you're not having luck with the references given, contact Mike Smuck at Pacific Audi.

And steer clear of their Sales Mgr. as well....he's a douche.

Stick with Mike and he'll get a deal worked out for you.

I got mines from Beverly Hills Audi, he went under invoice for me, and I took two friends there he went under invoice for both of them too with barely any talking at all, I got my Audi A4 3.2 2006 with S-Line sticker was 43K for 3K down 355 a month including tax when the other 4 dealerships I went to after talking for hours the last price I got was 430 a month. My friend got his A6 (dont remember what packages) for 4K down 510 a month including tax and he had crappy credit, my other friend purchased a A4 he went under invoice again. Talk to Salomon, he always takes care of everyone with barely any headache. And he lets you test drive any car you want!

I just had them run my credit first. Then they knew I could afford the car. They did whatever I wanted after that. But then I ended up getting my car from Jersey at Riverside. It was a good enough deal to pay the 800 or so for shipping.

Just to add to my recommendation for Mike Smuck at Pacific Audi......

Someone above posted positive things regarding Salomon at Bev. Hills Audi.
I've actually HEARD of how good this guy was to work with from a co-worker that bought a used Porsche from him.

You may want to go that route and give him a call.

When you hear a solid reference from 2 independent sources, chances are they're worth the call.

Just FYI.

Whenever i get the car i'll make sure to let you know so we can meet up so you can check it out. Unfortunetly due to some VERY sad reasons I no longer have the B6 S4, I'm currently in litigation because of it.

I actually got my A4 from Audi Mission Viejo and my experience there was great. I've gone back there several times for service with out a single problem. The sales people I dealt with were Mike Quinn and Adam. The let me test drove several A4's even after I informed them that I wasn't ready to buy for a month or two, no pressure from the sales people at all and I was informed that any car configuration can be ordered(but takes at least 2 months for delivery) for $1000 refundable deposit. Commonwealth Audi in Santa Ana is closer to me but I don't like the people there and rather drive farther for better service...sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Mission Viejo

I talked to Mike Quinn at Mission Viejo Audi as well before I purchased from Pacific.

He was cool, but the bonehead manager wouldn't keep his nose out of the deal and cost Mike the business.

Yeah, it was pretty shitty, that manager was so rude, and seriously, NONE of the guys there know shit.

Seriously, whenever I mention the body style, either B6 or B7, they give me the most puzzled look and tell me that i'm wrong and that they don't have those cars.

Also, i mentioned that I knew someone that got a car that was EXACTLY like the car they had there for $0 down (except for fee's ect.) and $580/month ($42,*** MSRP). They said that they were giving me the car at invoice, but I had to put $4000 down and pay $680 a month. I said why would i do that since 5 months ago someone I know payed MUCH less (and it still wasn't that great of a deal), and i'm not in a rush, and then he said that I must not want the car . . . rad . . . I also mentioned that that's what i'm paying for my S4 which was $11,000 more.

I have bought a handfull of cars from Jerry and he has always treated me right, give him a shout. Speaking from experience the sales people and managment at MV are useless.

any of you guys ever tried carsdirect.com ? heard they are pretty good at finding specific cars and give out fairly good deals...at least they don't try to rip you off by selling the car over sticker.

^^

I bought my 2002 Ford F250 Diesel from them and sticker was $42k something and I ended up gettting it for $36k with tax. If I were to buy another american made vehicle I would definately go this route.. You tell them what you want and they locate it for you. The even delivered it to my work from Long Beach Ford to Rancho Santa Margarita at the time and I filled out the paperwork in my works lobby.

Unfortunately for European cars you dont get the deals like that. My friend wanted to buy a 5 series, but got a better deal at Crevier. The lady said at Cars Direct that there isnt much bargaining power with these types of vehicles. I would say though that the experience is great since you dont have to haggle. Guess its like that Saturn experience that I never had.

I always deal with the Internet/Fleet guys, and get email quotes from a few dealerships before I even set foot on the sales floor. I compare prices with Edmunds, and shoot for invoice whenever I buy. In the end, they all end up competing for my business.

I haven't paid over invoice on my last 4 cars. I even got my Honda Odysee at $2000 below invoice (for the wife and kids of course).

I know this one is a special package, but email away and see what happens.

^^^^

That is EXACTLY what I try to do.
Research, gameplan, find someone you can negotiate with, close the deal.

I just got my A4 from Mission Viejo. One of their new salesman whose name was Cedric was very helpful and knowledgable. I also would have told you that I got a great deal until I saw the deal above.[eek]
