View Full Version : What can u fit in the fogs? (HID)

i would like to put HID's in my fogs, but as i searched, it seemed like everyone was putting d1s into their foglights. i have my old hella d2s ballasts and bulbs lying around, and i was wondering if i can reuse them, or if i have to sell them and buy another set of hid's. thanks in advance for any replies.

i thought d1s/d2s was just for the headlights...not the fogs..

they are for headlights. out of an x5 to be exact. but i know ppl reotrofit hid's into thier foglights, and i would like to know if i can use the d2s in my b7.
huh, our fogs are h11. have a link on were they retrofitted the bulb?
they do make h11 hid bulbs. and no, they're not osram of phillips brand, cheap ones.
i have hella ballasts from my old h7 hid kit and was planning on fitting some hid h11s.

just get H11 and save the headaches.
i got my D1, and H11 from ED.

They really do match HIDs
