im i know this has been asked before but i wanna know whats the best brand and best place to order em.....:

I am gonna get new headlight casing....cause the stock headlights right now..even after replacing the bulbs...suck at night, cant really see that far ahead and its bad on turns...
so i wanna get new ones and i like the updated look of the headlights where u can see into it, like on new cars, and i know a bunch of u guys have em...
i do not want the xeon headlights...they are too expensive, all i want is just a regular bulb headlights, with an updated look...

so whats some good brands and what is the best place to order them?
thanks a bunch

so you just have shitty headlights? im guessing they are 2 piece. go to ecs tuning.com to order some new oem ones, or get ecodes, or search the classifieds.

To fit 1 piece headlights on your 98 you'll have to do a little fender trimming. As for not wanting to get HID's cuz of the money.....Do it! Save up, and do it. You will not be disappointed, it will be one of the best mods you'll ever do.

ok sounds good...with the fender triming...will the stock headlights not fit in anymore if u do the triming....

and how much improvement in sight is there with the non-xenons compared to the stock headlights??
(i already know how good xenons are)

there is an artical on audiworld website in the tech forum that has all the info you're gonna need to put 1pc into your car.

i went from the headlights you have to valeo ecodes, and it was a huuuge increase in light output..

but i assume that increase is small compared to going from halogen to xenon....

my sisters TT had HID, and it was like daytime in the headlights...

whats a good place to buy the ecodes...and do all ecodes come in 1 piece

i dont wanna have to mess with the body of the car to stick the headlights in there....thats not an option..

the only 2 piece ones are ebay junk . you dont want those. there is very little triming to do to the fender.

trust me the look of the one peice headlight is well worth the very minimal cutting to the fender. you will be messing with a small area not even visible from the outside. get the one piecers, you will regret it if you dont

im sure the stock lights will fit back in once you have cut it. i doubt upgrading headlights to e-codes will hurt the re-sale value of the car. if anything, it will improve the re-sale. just dont get ebay junk like i did and you will be fine
