Creative said that 4 people have done it and I bet that somebody on the forum is one of the four. I'd like to know exactly how the downpipe needs to be modified and what that modification is likely to cost. Would this modification, if done properly, severely retard the longevity of the exhaust? TIA.

i can't imagine it to be anymore than cutting a hanger that exists on the manual that isnt on a tiptronic.

that's what i did^^^. the tip tranny is too wide so the dp needs to be cut and then bent out of the way. i think i may be the first to do this 2-3 months ago. well worth it when you compart the stock dp to the creative autoworks dp.

How much did cutting and bending the downpipe cost, if you don't mind my asking? I was looking into buying ECA4's Manual version of the Quad tip exhaust. I'd prefer not having to make changes, but at the price he quoted, it's too good to pass by.
